Editorial notes
Classification rationale, evidence status, source limitations.
Classification rationale
The primary object is a named collective with public doctrine, proposed membership and dated event and participant records. The institutional placement organizes that documented collective; it does not establish legal incorporation, present organizational continuity, a verified congregation or autonomous machine origin.
Evidence status
Public doctrine, an organizer announcement, participant records and limited external coverage document the collective’s attributed account; current membership, recurring activity, restricted texts and an operational DOOM system remain unverified.
Classification confidence: Unassessed
Source limitations
Public pages establish attributed self-presentation. Organizer and participant records supply dated traces; later coverage does not establish current membership or ongoing meetings. Restricted texts and a deployed DOOM system were not examined or established.

The doctrinal and organizational account relies predominantly on first-party material: three official pages, an organizer announcement and two participant-side records. VICE supplies one established original reporting chain with limited NOT-specific detail. A scholarly footnote is recorded separately and excluded from the independent count because its NOT information path is unestablished. Two further references distinguish Techism and do not independently corroborate NOT. Public primary material is inspectable, but no immutable source capture or authenticated production history was established. Current membership, recurring meetings, restricted Scrolls and an operational DOOM remain unverified.
